- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bought a steam/spa from your company at the Ideal home Exhibition which was delivered to me in May. I was lead to believe that the goods I would receive would come directly from the manufacturers abroad. I had a delay in my builder fitting it . Today we opened the packaging only to find that it seems some parts are scratched, and some parts fitted with broken screws which proved this was a dis-assembled unit. For the length of time I have it doesnt help and had I known that this product was not brand new I would not have purchased it. I took pictures and tried all day to get through to New World and that was to no avail. I am truly disappointed. I would give this no stars at all if it were possibleBy Admin, September 22, 2020
