    Appalling service! My taxi arrived 30 minutes after the time arranged and caused me to be 30 minutes late to work on my first day back. I was not offered any compensation or an apology from the driver. The best they could offer me was £5 off my next taxi ride! I would never use this firm again and would definitely not recommend their services!
